To begin selling Disney Cruises you must first be registered with our Travel Agency at disneytravelagents.com.
Once you are registered there, you must call 1-800-951-3532 and tell Disney that you need your name added as an agent in the agency drop-down list for booking Disney Cruises. (this appears when you are trying to book a cruise for someone, after you select the cruise and the room type, on the same page that you input the guest names and personal information).
Once they’ve added you into the Disney Cruise Line agent directory, you can refresh and start typing your name (last name first). Once you see it there, you are ready to begin selling Disney cruises!

Disney Cruise Line Commission Rate
The current rate can be found in the DisneyTravelAgents.com portal under ‘Training and Benefits > Commissions’
You can also use this link to get to the most updated PDF from Disney:
https://www.disneytravelagents.com/dclcommission_current
The current Commission rate is 10%
but should be increasing in the next 120 days.
Commission Protection
Commission protection for travel agencies is based on the entire cruise booking being cancelled. Individual components (e.g. vacation protection plan, pre- and/or post nights or Disney Cruise Line Air Program) that are cancelled off a booking are not commission protected.
- For reservations that cancel within the 50% cancellation fee period, 50% of the commission is protected.
- For reservations that cancel within the 75% cancellation fee period, 75% of the commission is protected.
- For reservations that cancel within the 100% cancellation fee period, 100% of the commission is protected.
Disney Cruise Line does not protect any travel agency commissions upon cancellation outside of the 50%, 75%, or 100% cancellation period.
The main training to begin selling and receiving Disney benefits can be found at DisneyTravelAgents.com.
Once you log in, go to ‘Training and Benefits’ > ‘College of Disney Knowledge’
You will see the ‘Basics‘ page and a list of trainings you need to complete.
These will get you going with Disney.
We will also be adding video trainings to our agent dashboard incrementally. We will add links here once we have those ready.
Disney has a lot of benefits available to you each calendar year once you have completed your Disney College of Knowledge training and have a valid CLIA membership.
You can see the available Disney benefits by logging into DisneyTravelAgents.com and going to ‘Training and Benefits’ > ‘Available Benefits’. You can use this link as well: https://agentcentral.disneytravelagents.com/benefits/list
You will then see all of the available benefits. Once you have requested a benefit during the calendar year, it will say ‘Benefit Fulfilled‘ and you will not be able to use that benefit again until the next calendar year.
Follow the instructions related to each benefit or it may be declined. For example, some benefits require you to submit a copy of your embarcID (CLIA membership) and your certificate of completion of the College of Knowledge to a specific email address (shown on the ‘Request Benefit’ page)

Walt Disney World Standalone ticket sales – Tips to Calculate Commission
- Step 1: Take the total pre-tax amount of the commissionable ticket order
(These instructions assume all tickets within the ticket order are the same type and are commissionable)
- Step 2: Divide by 100
- Step 3: Multiply by the percentage amount (whichever is the relevant % – see the commission list)
Example: Four 3-day tickets with Park Hopper at $250.20* each = $1,000.80 (before adding tax)
Divide $1,000.80 by 100 = $10.008
Multiple by 8 (in this case, the commission is 8%) = $80.06
*Sample Prices Only.
